2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to use the Service for High-Risk Activities (life support, medical devices, autonomous vehicles, nuclear facilities, military applications).

4. Firmware and Device Control – ASSUMPTION OF RISK

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT OceanRemote is NOT responsible for any damage to your devices, property, or personal injury resulting from use of the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OceanRemote's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Morocco. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Casablanca.
